These terms apply when you use getyourwebsiteready.com or buy a service from GetYourWebsiteReady, operated by Altitude Information Systems, LLC (“we,” “us”). By paying a deposit or invoice, you agree to them. A signed proposal or contract for a custom project takes priority over these terms where they differ.
1. Website Launch package
- The Launch package is $598: a $199 deposit to reserve your slot and a $399 balance due when your site goes live.
- It includes up to 5 pages, one design direction, and one focused revision round, as described on the Launch page.
- Your site goes live about 7 days after your intake is complete and we have the content we need from you (logo, photos, text, approvals). Delays in getting us those items move the date.
- Work outside the package — extra pages, additional revision rounds, custom features — is quoted separately before we start.
2. Deposit refund guarantee
If you don't like the first design direction, tell us before the build starts and we will refund your $199 deposit in full. Once you approve the direction and the build begins, the deposit is non-refundable because work has been performed.
3. Consulting and custom payments
Consulting, custom projects, and balances may be paid through a payment link we send you. The amount and description shown on the link are what you are paying for. Consulting time that has already been delivered is non-refundable.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. If a balance is unpaid, we may hold the site launch or the transfer of files until it is paid.
5. Your content
You are responsible for the text, images, logos, and other materials you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You keep ownership of your content.
6. Ownership of the finished website
Once paid in full, the design and content of your website belong to you. We may reuse general techniques, code components, and know-how, and we may show your finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Hosting, domains, and third-party services
Domains, hosting, and tools like email or booking software are provided by third parties under their own terms and fees. We are not responsible for their outages or changes.
8. Free audits
Free website audits are generated with AI from the public content of your homepage. They are general guidance, not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, or sales.
9. No guaranteed results
We build websites designed to help your business, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings in Google or AI search, traffic, leads, or revenue.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data.
11. Use of this website
Don't misuse the site — for example by submitting spam, attempting to break its security, or scraping it in a way that harms its operation.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Texas, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you pay applies to that purchase. See also our Privacy Policy.
