GetYourWebsiteReady (“we,” “us”) is operated by Altitude Information Systems, LLC, based in Texas, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through getyourwebsiteready.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Information you give us
- Contact and quote forms: your name, email, business name, and the message you send.
- Free website audit: your name, email, business name, and website address. We fetch the public homepage of the site you submit to produce the report.
- Launch onboarding:the answers you give in the intake form — business details, city, industry, the pages and style you want, competitor sites, and optional phone number.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your name, email, the amount, and payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Booking a call: handled by Cal.com, which shares the booking time, your name, and email with us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic usage data: pages visited, the site or ad that referred you (including UTM and ad click identifiers), device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use privacy-focused analytics and, when we run ads, advertising tags from Google and similar platforms that may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a visit or sign-up.
How we use your information
- To deliver what you asked for: audits, quotes, websites, and replies.
- To process payments and send receipts and project updates.
- To send occasional emails with website tips after a free audit. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and ads work, so we can improve the site.
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers we rely on
We share information only with the vendors that help us run the business, and only what each needs:
- Vercel — website hosting and basic analytics
- Neon — database for project and payment records
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cal.com — appointment scheduling
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Kit — email newsletter for audit follow-ups
- Anthropic — AI analysis that generates audit reports
- Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on forms
- Analytics and advertising(such as PostHog and Google) — measuring site usage and ad performance
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep project and payment records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting obligations (typically up to seven years). Audit leads and newsletter contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information through our contact form. We will respond within 30 days.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
Depending on where you live (for example California or Texas), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor those requests regardless of where you are located.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), reputable vendors, and limited access to stored data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
